We process the following data:

  • company name and tax ID (if the user wants an invoice),
  • IP address and technical data,
  • details of training courses purchased by the user.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • providing online training services,
  • performing the contract and making payments,
  • issuing invoices,
  • contacting the user,
  • fulfilling legal obligations,
  • marketing our own services,
  • providing access to the training platform.

  • b) performance of a contract,
  • c) legal obligation,
  • a) consent – if applicable to the newsletter,
  • f) legitimate interest of the controller.

6. Data recipients

The data is processed by the Data Controller using its own server infrastructure and is not transferred to other entities, except for:

  • PayU payment operator,
  • accounting office,
  • legal service providers (if necessary).
  • state authorities — if required by law

We do not transfer data outside the EEA unless the user uses tools (e.g., Google) — in which case the transfer is carried out in accordance with legal grounds and TIA.
