Online Store Terms and Conditions — Online Training Services

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Customer — a natural or legal person using the training services offered in the store.
  • Seller — an entity operating the store and providing training services.
  • Online service/training — a digital/service product available through the store, consisting of access to training materials/online courses.
  • Sales/service agreement — an agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller at the time of placing and paying for the order.

3. Scope of services/offer

  1. The Seller offers online training courses – as described on the store’s website, in the form of:
    • courses
    • webinars
    • digital materials

4. Conclusion of the contract / order fulfillment

  1. The contract between the Customer and the Seller is concluded when the Customer:
    • accepts these Terms and Conditions,
    • places an order,
    • pays for the service using the available payment methods.
  2. In the case of online payments via PayU / Paypal, the order is processed once the payment has been approved. If the payment is not approved or is rejected, the contract is not concluded.
  3. Access to the service / training (e.g., link, access data, materials) will be provided immediately after the payment is credited / the order is confirmed.

5. Price and payment

  1. All service prices are given in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include VAT.
  2. Payment methods:
    • online payment via PayU,
    • PayPal payment,
    • in certain cases, after agreement with the seller, bank transfer
  3. In the case of online payments via PayU, PayU’s rules and regulations apply.

6. Right of withdrawal / returns / complaints

  1. The customer-consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, unless the service has been fully performed with the express consent of the consumer and confirmation of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
  2. In the event of withdrawal, the price of the service will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.
  3. Complaints – complaints regarding the provision of training services can be submitted:
    • by e-mail to: info@develope.pl with the subject line: “Complaint – training (name).
      Please include the following in your complaint: your first and last name, e-mail address, description of the problem, date of the irregularity.
    • Basis for the complaint. The complaint may relate in particular to:
      • problems with access to the training,
      • technical errors,
      • non-compliance of the service with the description,
      • defects in educational content,
    • Consideration period. The complaint will be considered within 14 days of receipt.
      If we do not respond within this period, the complaint is considered justified (in accordance with consumer regulations).
    • Method of resolution. After reviewing the complaint, we will inform you of our decision, in particular:
      acceptance of the complaint and method of resolution (e.g., extension of access, replacement materials, technical repair), partial acceptance of the complaint, refusal to accept the complaint with justification.
    • Refund. If the complaint is accepted and the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time or access cannot be provided in accordance with the contract, the Customer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract and receive a refund.
      The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another form.
    • Customer who is a consumer
      If the Customer is a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights (Article 38a), they are entitled to the rights specified in the Consumer Rights Act.

7. Performance and limitations of services

  1. The Seller reserves that access to training materials/online courses will be possible after payment for the order.
  2. The Seller has the right to temporarily suspend access to the platform for technical reasons, of which the Customer will be informed in advance (if possible).
  3. The Seller is not responsible for technical errors on the Customer’s side (e.g., hardware, browser, Internet connection issues), unless they are caused by the Seller’s fault.

8. Personal data and privacy protection

  1. The Seller processes Customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable law, including ensuring the right of access, correction, and deletion.

9. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Customer Obligations

  1. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read the Terms and Conditions, accept their provisions, and undertake to comply with them.
  2. The Customer undertakes to provide true data necessary for the performance of the service.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Any amendments will be published on the store’s website and Customers will be notified thereof (e.g. by email or message), whereby orders placed before the date on which the amendments come into force will be processed on the basis of the Terms and Conditions in force at that time.

11. Final provisions

  1. Any disputes arising from the performance of the contract shall be settled amicably, and in the event of disagreement, by the competent common court.
  2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of law shall apply, including consumer protection provisions if the Customer is a consumer.
